This function automatically generates a user journey from the start screen to any point in the phone. For example the user searches for "proxy"; user then selects the appropriate screen from the list. Clicking a2b will return the steps necessary to get to that end point.
These directions can be expanded ("Scroll down, down, down, down") or collapsed ("Scroll to settings"). Without this unique function companies inevitably purchase dozens, if not hundreds, of costly scenarios. But even 100 scenarios couldn't possible cover all of the features of a phone. A2B ensures that your staff and customers will have step by step directions to any point in the phone. In a phone like the Nokia 6680 you'd need anything up to 1,300 scenarios to be able to offer the same level of service. |
