Options can be included alongside the results to perform other actions, such as add to basket, view support site, show the 3d model, etc to suit the audience. The Phone wizards can work with other systems too, such as stock level monitoring, and that information used to affect the way that results are given. This could be a simple warning indicator when stock is low or nil, to a prioritisation of results according to any number of external factors.
